Nationals Coach

The Washington Nationals have a new manager when the All Star Break is over. Manny Acta has been with the team since the beginning of last season but he has struggled mightily with the difficulty of not having a baseball team that is right on top of things. The team is on track to make more than 100 losses yet again, possibly 110. Instead, they are going to bring back a less-than-impressive choice in Jim Riggleman, who has previously coached the Cubs, Padres and Mariners. At least he’s got a fair amount of experience and has had a certain amount of success over the years. Hopefully the team will be able to climb back up to make a respectable end-of-year showing. They have half a season left, so it’ll be fun.
