Aramis Ramirez?

In the MLB, we have to be careful about the teams that could be powerhouses but haven’t hit their stride yet. The Chicago Cubs are one such team, whose offense hasn’t heated up this year. But the team has had quite a few injuries over the course of the season, and they will have to push themselves to get to the level they were expected to be at. Many people had the Cubs down as the obvious winner in the National League Central. But Aramis Ramirez is one of the biggest people on the offensive side for them, and he separated his shoulder in early May. He’s now working his way back and he might be able to return at the end of next week. Although, at that point, you could easily imagine that he’ll just stay out until right after the All Star break. Then he’ll have an extra amount of time to recover and then he’ll be able to get back into it and give the team some real power. The Cardinals and Reds should be watching carefully at the developments in Chicago.
