Coyote Trouble

When the Phoenix Coyotes came into the world, people thought it was a strange idea. An NHL team in the middle of the desert? But the team has been a surprisingly effective one and is quite strong. But that doesn’t necessarily count for the business sides of things. The team has filed for bankruptcy and has apparently been under the wing of the NHL for the last 6 months or so. The holding company seems to be going under and there are prospective buyers to take over the team. This NHL team is struggling on this basis and we’ll have to keep an eye on the team to see who they are next year and how they get through this challenging time. But in some ways, it’s also unclear if they are going to stay in Arizona at all.
