Tonight is the nights for the Utah Jazz if the don’t show up to play against the Lakers the season ends. For the Jazz after this season the future will be unknown since power forward Carlos Boozer will be a free agent this summer. Also, head coach Jerry Sloan can retire and has said that his future with the Jazz is on a year by year basis. Sloan is now in his 21st season coaching the Jazz and is expected to have a knee replaced at the end of the year. This will cause him to delay his decision due to his rehabilitation process. The Jazz also have other issues center Mehmet Okur and guard Kyle Korver have the option to opt out of their contracts at the end of the season. The best thing for the Jazz would be to start winning before the team falls apart.
