Rough Game

Recently, two private high schools in Texas played against one another. Covenant and Dallas Academy took on one another and it was a tough game. At least for Dallas Academy. Covenant won the game 100-0. Dallas is a small school, with about 20 students total and only 8 girls on the varsity team. The coach of Covenant was fired after disagreeing with administrators. The administrators wrote a press release calling this victory shameful and embarassing. The coach disagreed with this assessment publicly and was fired at the end. It’s kind of a sad situation. He said that his team played with honor and integrity but the administration feels that it was against the school’s Christian ideals to run up the score like that.
